I am a passionate team builder and coach dedicated to empowering people to achieve their goals both as individuals and as part of a team. Blessed with high energy and an upbeat approach to life, I try to inspire confidence and success in my clients. In 2024, I was honored to be nominated and chosen as the Small Business Administration's Business Champion of the Year for my work helping others to build their businesses. 

I now have over 30 years of experience coaching individuals and building teams, which means I bring a unique breadth of knowledge and commitment to listen to each conversation, not just to pontificate a predetermined program that I hope you'll fit into. My primary business is Canvas Creek Team Building, which has served over 85,000 people including 15 of the Fortune 100 Compaines, both locally and internationally.
